微型挤出器可以是研究者快速制备足够多的大量的单层微脂粒，加热块可以使研究者在比较高的温度下获得单层微脂粒。微型挤出器主要由特氟龙和不锈钢组成（加热块是碳钢），可以实现快速清洗，减少了从不同种类磷脂得到单层微脂粒的时间。该套仪器使用方便，装卸简单。Avanti 也提供该套仪器的所有配件。

微型 脂质体挤出器（套）: 包含挤出器（extruderonly）,2支进样器（2syringes）, 聚碳酸酯膜100片（100PCmembranes）,膜支撑100片（100filtersupports）,和一个固定架（1holder/heatingblock）
以上syringes有250微升和1000微升可选
PCmembranes的孔径有0.03/0.05/0.1/0.2/0.4/0.8/1.0微米可选
